how 'out them cowgirls? had a good day on the truck yesterday. got all the injector lines on. now to prime it and put the peripherals back on. this should greatly improve my fuel economy. the filter was filthy. get that done, give it a lube job and the blue rocket will be good to hook. I'm shopping for a t.v. I think the highway is calling me. it might mean a road trip. time will tell. morning came early as usual. had some success on the truck yesterday. all the O-rings are in place. now for the injector lines. a good once over and truck truck alias [the blue rocket] will be ready to race again. did everyone check their tire pressure? the proper amount should be listed on a sticker on the drivers door or the door post. don't forget to lube the chassis either. that is if you love your vehicle. don't forget the spare. read the tire for correct pressure. that is all the wisdom I have to impart at this time. teus or wed I'll get finished pictures of the stairs. wait 'till you see the runners in place. the first pic is the truck engine, the 2nd is wisteria, the 3rd is a peony brought down from yankee land [uncle rays gift]. it's ALIVE. wow, had a huge feed at the pawn shop, it shows huh. the heater experiment went bust. I got my pan back. I may try to make huge molded stars out of it. it was covered up for years and years. I have my proto made. just have to enlarge. should be fun. I shopped big tvs today and navigation systems. shoes too. nice weather coming up. got a little present from mom.

what a day. just goofing off. wore my new gravity shirt and my charlie one horse straw. made some people smile. banked. and more goofing off. that was my day. well, I forgot about driving like I own the road. I gave it back though. too big to keep in the house. the christmas party was nice. that's all I got.

snow today. really it was just freezing fog. 30 degrees at 5 pm. not so cool. too cold to go out and start a fire. got invited to the company Christmas swaurae. I mean party. been at home all day. shopping online didn't go so well. didn't buy a thing. had my eye on a router base plate for 6 duckies. great deal. and a rip guide for 11. wanted a laser pointer. too much controversy on that front. got to separate wants from needs. got to get with my man and see which brand he prefers. batts are the big contending factor in this. so I guess wed and thur I'll turn my efforts toward bringing truck truck back up. my laundry is frozen on the line, forgot to bring it in. who am I kidding I just didn't do it.

wow! I goofed off all morning yesterday. watched bonanza. got to work about noon. put down all the stair treads with risers. plan your work; work your plan. a motto to live by. it snowed 10 miles from here last night. i'll have pics tonight of the stairs. so cold. 30 outside. 60 inside. brrrrr. I'm going to freeze at work today. this is the time of year that is real tuff. go in to measure go out to cut. not as bad as outer space. in the sun the temp is 250. in the shadow is negative 250. so as the astronaught rotates in space there is a 500 degree change in temp. perfect place for a sterling engine though I'm not sure if they can do it. it is the closest thing we know to a perpetual motion machine. oh the temp went down to 29. maybe I'll watch bonanza again. well got to goof off for awhile now.

well truck project is 2 times as hard as I thought. I already thought it was twice what I believed so that makes it 4 times over. doable still. pacing my self. satisfied myself with cleaning the air filter and isolating gear. may run out of hose. not the stocking kind. that turbo is the spoiler. covers up so much. got the peripherals removed. going to do the hardest first. then it gets easier. oh it is going to run so well. the air filter was so clogged. a K and N filter, one of the best made. got it soaking. pics to come. made a great soup today. yum, or num num. what did the fish say when it ran into a concrete wall?

nice. what a day. put in a door; ran some base and sanded all of the stair treads. tomorrow entertainment center. truck truck is hot. the repairs were successful. now for the car. it should be good by the first of the week. and so tomorrow I need to shine like a diamond.

what a day. cut all the stair treads and it was wonderful. I tried a new system with my newest saw blade. wow is it easy or what? anybody could do it. the longer I do this the easier it gets. I kinda sorta like my new saw. its new I'll leave it at that. tomorrow is sanding and sanding. I'll be called dusty after that. then friday I may modify an entertainment center. every one wants the new flat screens. and they don't fit in the old cabinets. so that will be interesting. my forte; operating like a surgeon. a professional cut up. that's what I do. so now time for rest.

what a day. started off slow. score is the word of the day, perhaps swag. major swag. tools, vintage bonanza lunch box. air compressor with hose. tiny though it is. 3 x-men comics and a gen 13. kerosene lamps. the list goes on, but a cool one for me is some incredible extensions. off the hook. all I had to do for those was make a deadbolt work. natural, like breathing for me. the dice are wooden like the indian. the veo is going to be a cd rack. a cool torque wrench. that man and woman were made in japan but not sure if it was occupied japan. got to check the symbols. noleans japan. not sure. all sitting atop my older than dirt ironing board. all wood. so thats most of the interesting swag.

I tried to talk to him but he stood there like a wooden soldier. kinda spooky. had a stare that never ended. never spoke. I asked if he diddnt have anything better to do. just kept looking over my shoulder from a distance. got my t-astragal done. 4 passes on the table saw. oh and a piece of curly wood. that was what was left over. tomorrow another action packed day. truck truck wasnt happy today. complained alot. then realized it had no choice and morphed into the blue rocket. zoom. delivered me safely to the job. now time to rest the brain. got to shine again tomorrow. friday wont be so bad. preping for the stair treads. a good rest for the head. then next week I throw down.

what an incredibly difficult day. put in a door to an attic on the third floor. no hand rails in place. took the very heavy door down and cut the new one to fit and somehow carried the solid core door all the way up and it fit wonderfully. I was blessed. I wasn't about to carry it down for another cut. too dangerous. put a new plywood layer on the landing as well. then went to measure another job. wow that is going to be tough. weather strip and associated stuff to get that house ready for the winter winds. the precision will be intense. a t-astragal replacement. that is like surgery. may take a day and 1/2 for the whole job. nice rich folks. lots o stuff coming up. file:///Users/richardskeene/Desktop/VID00004.AVI

emily has a b-day. its like I had a b-day. found a chair with a high back, a desk chair. a floor lamp brass colored. a really cool soft side briefcase. and a fax machine. well so much for the fun then I had to work a bit. I'm good at the bit. little bit. I use the chain for a step into the garage. that is half of a 10 duckie note. worth nothing, just art. and if you look close the lamp and the other stuff is there. oh and if you look really close you may find a jack plane. I need that for tomorrow. I shall shine again. its my job. the chair sits very well

I went for a cup of coffee. lanyap as they say in Louisiana. it was their first sale of the day so I was like a hero. so what does a person do with 3 chop saws? seriously what does a person do with 3? bargaining comes to mind. a leverage point. I win. I like tools. maybe I could make a business of it. well that's another big 10 inch. oops, been putting on a few pounds. mom is searching for texas 1/4's. went to the tool store. the bank. rain came. moved paper. some were fun and green others were not. got another stair tread job to do. big fun. the lady thinks I'm a magician. I don't correct her. that will be a nice job. people I know and a safe environment. what a relief. I was playing with my 1/4's today. I don't have oklahoma yet. some I only have 1 of. the drill looked cold so I put drill blanket on it. they are hard to find. I need a new couch. I dragged my old one to the curve and kicked out the foot rest and the neighbors came round. it wasn't a normal act. when people drove by with the windows down I called out FREE COUCH! no one seemed to care. then retired to the porch and right away a guy stopped. is it free? yes. he said we've been by 3 times. I guess we looked intimidating sittng there with our feet almost in the street. maybe they thiught things weren't right.
